       On the afternoon of April 20, 2023, Dean Ding Guanyuan and his delegation from Hubei Water Resources and Hydropower Vocational and Technical College visited our company to inspect and guide the work.        Dean Ding and his delegation, led by our General Manager Zhong Wei, first visited the company's production workshop. On site, Mr. Zhong provided a detailed introduction to the performance, characteristics, parameters, and other aspects of our company's border marking machine, typesetting machine, sorting machine, assembly line body, and other products. Director Ding inquired in detail about the technical parameters of our company's flagship products, highly affirmed the current research and development progress and quality control system of our flagship products, and provided detailed guidance on specific issues related to the company's research and development, production, and other aspects on site.

       Subsequently, Dean Ding Guanyuan and his delegation, led by General Manager Zhong Wei, held in-depth discussions in the company's conference room.

       At the symposium, Mr. Zhong introduced the business system, core R&D team, business situation, and future development plan of Zhongbu Qingtian to Dean Ding Guanyuan and leaders of various universities, and conducted in-depth analysis on the development trend of the photovoltaic industry and national new energy policies.

       Dean Ding Guanyuan first highly affirmed the development of Zhongbu Qingtian and highly recognized our company's strategy of focusing on research and development investment and building a high-tech talent team.      At the same time, Dean Ding also introduced the construction and development of the college over the past 70 years, as

well as the guidance and support provided by the national and water resources bureaus for technological research and

development. He vividly explained and exchanged views on the doctoral workstation, five core professional groups, innovation

and entrepreneurship competitions, and industrial process design. Dean Ding stated that we will vigorously transfer talents with

core competitiveness in photovoltaic professional skills to enterprises, truly achieving ecological power and intelligent

development. In addition, energy automation, energy storage, e-commerce art design, and marketing can also provide

enterprises with targeted training for a large number of talents. Dean Ding and other university leaders jointly stated that in
