全自動(dòng)串焊機(jī):兼容156-230mm晶硅電池片焊接,焊接精度達(dá)±0.1mm,支持雙玻組件的特殊焊接工藝。

Fully automatic string welding machine: It is compatible with welding of crystalline silicon solar cells ranging from 156 to 230 mm in size, with a welding accuracy of ±0.1 mm. It also supports the special welding process for double-glass components.

智能層壓機(jī):配備真空度≤5Pa、溫度均勻性±1.5℃的高精度控制系統(tǒng),確保層壓過程無氣泡、無移位。

Intelligent lamination machine: It is equipped with a high-precision control system with a vacuum level of ≤5 Pa and temperature uniformity of ±1.5℃, ensuring a bubble-free and displacement-free lamination process.

EL+IV雙檢測(cè)系統(tǒng):實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)組件內(nèi)部缺陷及電性能參數(shù),缺陷檢出率≥99.8%,確保產(chǎn)品出廠合格率。

EL + IV dual detection system: It monitors internal defects and electrical performance parameters of components in real time, with a defect detection rate of ≥99.8%, ensuring the product's qualified rate at the time of shipment.

自動(dòng)化傳輸系統(tǒng)

機(jī)器人排版機(jī)與多功能輸送單元協(xié)同作業(yè),實(shí)現(xiàn)組件在各工序間的無縫流轉(zhuǎn),生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍可達(dá)12秒/片。

The robot palletizer and multi-functional conveying unit work together to achieve seamless flow of components between different processes, with a production beat of 12 seconds per piece.

緩存堆棧機(jī)與自動(dòng)翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)配合,優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍,減少人工干預(yù)。

The buffer stacker and automatic inverter work together to optimize the production beat and reduce manual intervention.

智能控制系統(tǒng)

采用MES制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)采集、工藝參數(shù)自動(dòng)調(diào)整、設(shè)備狀態(tài)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。

It uses the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to achieve real-time collection of production data, automatic adjustment of process parameters, and remote monitoring of equipment status.

集成AI視覺檢測(cè)算法,可識(shí)別0.2mm2的微小缺陷,誤判率低于0.01%。

It integrates AI vision detection algorithms that can identify tiny defects as small as 0.2 mm2, with a misjudgment rate of less than 0.01%.
