光伏組件自動化生產(chǎn)線將光伏組件生產(chǎn)過程全部自動化,由各種作業(yè)單元組合完成,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)上料后的光伏組件全部過程自動化。

The photovoltaic module automated production line fully automates the photovoltaic module production process, which is completed by a combination of various working units, and can achieve full automation of the photovoltaic module process after loading.

作業(yè)單元介紹

Introduction to Working Units

作業(yè)單元包括兩類:功能單元與傳輸單元。功能單元屬于自動化生產(chǎn)線的核心單元,包括層壓機、紅外檢測儀、自動測試儀、自動串焊機、自動組框組角裝框機等;傳輸單元包括焊接匯流傳輸臺、EAV/TPT敷設(shè)單元、排序分流單元、多功能輸送單元、自動翻轉(zhuǎn)機、緩存堆棧機及其他輔助設(shè)備。

The working units are divided into two categories: functional units and transfer units. Functional units are the core units of the automated production line, including laminators, infrared detectors, automatic testers, automatic string welding machines, automatic frame and corner assembly machines, etc. Transfer units include welding busbar transfer tables, EAV/TPT laying units, sorting and diversion units, multi-functional conveying units, automatic turners, buffer stackers and other auxiliary equipment.

人工成本的降低

Reduction of Labor Costs

自動化生產(chǎn)線可大大降低封裝工序的人工成本。一條傳統(tǒng)的150MW手動生產(chǎn)線大約需要200名工人,全自動生產(chǎn)線僅需15-20名工人。

Automated production lines can greatly reduce the labor costs of the packaging process. A traditional 150MW manual production line requires about 200 workers, while a fully automated production line only needs 15-20 workers.

組件制造的實質(zhì)

The Essence of Component Manufacturing

光伏組件的制造實質(zhì)是封裝過程,只有將電池片和其他輔助材料封裝在一起,電池片才能夠長久高效地產(chǎn)生電能。

The essence of photovoltaic module manufacturing is the packaging process. Only by packaging the solar cells together with other auxiliary materials can the solar cells generate electricity efficiently and sustainably for a long time.

工作電壓低,單片功率低;

Low working voltage and low power per cell;

厚度越來越薄,目前170/175μm居多;

The thickness is getting thinner and thinner, with 170/175μm being the most common at present;

柵線暴露在空氣中非常容易氧化;

The grid lines are very prone to oxidation when exposed to air;

耐候性能差,衰減將會非常迅速;

Poor weather resistance, and the attenuation will be very rapid;

安裝運輸將非常困難。

Installation and transportation will be very difficult.

目前國內(nèi)新增光伏組件產(chǎn)線自動化程度均比較高,組件的生產(chǎn)工藝具體流程:激光切片、電池片焊接、疊層、層壓、裝框、固化、清洗、IV&EL測試等工藝環(huán)節(jié),最終包裝入庫,流入市場。

At present, the automation level of newly added photovoltaic module production lines in China is relatively high. The specific process of component production technology includes laser cutting, cell welding, lamination, pressing, framing, curing, cleaning, IV&EL testing and other process links, and finally packaging and storage, flowing into the market.
